This EAPES Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) explains how EAPES uses cookies and related technologies on EAPES.COM, APP.EAPES.COM, and other EAPES-operated websites or applications that link to this Cookie Policy.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the EAPES Privacy Policy.

Review the wallet provider’s privacy and Cookie information before using it.

12. Analytics

If EAPES uses an analytics provider, the Cookie Preference Centre and inventory will identify:

  • the provider;
  • the analytics purpose;

  • whether IP or device information is processed;
  • whether cross-site or advertising functionality is enabled; and

14. Third-Party Embedded Content

15. OneDex and Other External Services

OneDex is an independent third-party service.

A normal external link to OneDex should not cause OneDex to place Cookies on an EAPES-operated website before you follow the link.

After you leave EAPES and visit OneDex, OneDex’s own Cookie and privacy practices apply.

The same principle applies to external marketplaces, wallets, explorers, and social platforms.

16. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to:

  • delete Cookies;
  • block Cookies;
  • restrict third-party Cookies;
  • receive notifications when Cookies are placed; or
  • use private browsing.

Blocking all Cookies may prevent parts of the Services from functioning correctly.

17. Global Privacy Signals

Where legally required and technically supported, EAPES will make reasonable efforts to recognize applicable browser-based privacy signals.

The treatment of a signal will be documented in the technical implementation and privacy notice.

The duration displayed in the inventory must reflect the actual technical configuration.

EAPES will not state a universal maximum Cookie duration unless that maximum is technically enforced across all relevant technologies.

Withdrawal will:

  • prevent future activation of the rejected category;
  • update the consent record; and

EAPES may retain a limited record of:

  • scripts;
  • pixels;
  • embedded services;
  • network requests;
  • consent logs; and
  • banner behaviour.

The review should verify that:

  • non-essential technologies remain blocked before consent;
  • Reject Non-Essential works;
  • Customize works;
  • Accept All works;
  • withdrawal works;
  • the banner works on desktop and mobile;
  • Cookie descriptions remain accurate; and
  • the inventory matches the live Services.

22. Your Privacy Rights

Personal information processed through Cookies is subject to the rights described in the EAPES Privacy Policy.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

EAPES may update this Cookie Policy when:

  • a new technology is introduced;
  • a provider changes;
  • a purpose changes;
  • a Cookie duration changes;
  • consent controls change; or
  • applicable requirements change.

The current version will display its version number and effective date.
